Preschool Children’s Yoga (Ages 3–5):
A joyful introduction to yoga through song, movement, imagination, and play. Our preschool sessions gently support little ones in developing coordination, early emotional awareness, and confidence — all while having fun and feeling safe in their bodies.
Children’s Yoga (Ages 5–11):
Empowering, heart-centered classes designed to help children build strength, focus, and emotional resilience. Through playful poses, breathwork, and mindfulness games, kids learn how to manage big feelings, move with confidence, and connect with their inner calm.
Teen Yoga (Ages 12–18):
Classes tailored to support teenagers in managing stress, building self-esteem, and fostering a positive relationship with their bodies and minds.
Adult Yoga:
Gentle yet empowering classes focusing on breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to help adults reconnect with themselves and find inner calm.
Family Yoga:
Special sessions designed for families to bond through shared yoga practices, promoting harmony and understanding among all members.
